It’s not the headphones, I’ve tried four other pairs. When the headphones aren’t in the sound is fine, it’s like it should be. But when I put my headphones in and turn it up fully it’s still quiet! How can I fix this quickly? Thanks :3

I know its price is high than the other phones with same tecnology. But i want to know if its performence is good. Like good battery backup and less software and freezing problems.
