Can’t Post Comment To An Article On Health.msn.com! Help!?

I am trying to post a comment to an article on health.msn.com. In fact, i have been trying to post comments to various articles for three days now. I have tried using my existing Windows Live ID, I have tried signing up for a new hotmail address & live ID. I have tried three different computers (Win7 64bit and Vista64) and a Droid phone. I have tried logging in through proxies (the droid & the proxy I tried thinking it might be an IP block, though why I can’t imagine). I have tried Firefox and IE. I have tried everything I can think of, and all i ever get is this error message: “Could not save display name. Please try again later.” And of course, if you can’t save your display name…you can’t post! Note that this is different from the error I get when I try to post with an obviously taken display name like “smith.”
I’ve googled, I’ve bing’d and I’ve yahoo‘d, but there does not seem to be any help for this problem on the web. Naturally, MSN help is no help at all. Why the heck won’t MSN save my display name, even when it’s unique? Please note, this is about commenting on msn.com articles, NOT chatting on MSN messenger.
