How To Remove A Dark Spot On My Hand?

I have a very annoying dark brown colored spot on the palm of my hand and it’s been there from birth. Its drives me insane and I’m always hiding that part of my hand so people can’t see it.
Is there ANYTHING I can do to get rid of it??
