How To Repair .mov File?

Hi.everyone
Few months ago I have captured some video with my nokia mobile phone after few days i have deleted the video clips but recently i need the video clips so i recovered it by using card recovery software it was a .mov file size 15 MB everything is OK like file size is OK file format is OK but I cannot view the file and all the software which convert video file cannot convert the file and it says damage file but i need the file its very important so how to view the file at any cost i need to see the file please suggest me a way to view the file any software which can put codec etc on that file and can make it viewable is there any way to view the file please help me its very important and urgent

    If it’s been recovered from a deleted file, it may not work right as not all recovered files will be good even if the file size and other attributes are ok. I’ve tried recovering video and pictures before, and even though they said they were the right file size and all, they didn’t work.

    Recovery software’s never recover the file in exact shape and exact bits. Though the file size is perfect the bits are mismatched, so it wont play. Problem is with recovery of file. Because once a file is deleted the space is used to store different files, so the previous file is overwritten. Use advanced recovery software`s, I afraid they can`t help you.
