No you cant get an iphone to work on VZN as VZN uses CDMA(Phones ESN is hard wired into the mother board) phones Att uses GSM(sim cards)
You could buy a VZN phone off ebay or CL but you need to make sure it has a clean ESN or its just a paper wait.
You would have to buy it unlocked, and that is VERY expensive, considering that it’s not on contract. Otherwise, no.
Unlocked iPhone 4′s are over one thousand dollars.
