Well i’ve had my phone for quite a while now and its been working fine with Hotsync and Palm Desktop, I recently sent my Laptop to go get fixed (Its Windows 7) and well they reset my laptop, I re installed the Palm Centro Desktop and Hot Sync manager but my palm won’t connect to my laptop, It keeps telling me that my laptop can’t find the driver, Help?

plug the phone into the computer and get into the computers device manager… click the windows button at the bottom type device manager and you can open it up that way…
go to portable devices and click on that and see if the Palm is showing up… if it is and it has a yellow Triangle with a ! in the middle, right click delete the device… unplug the phone and plug it back in… it should download the driver
