What Is Happening To My Hp Mini 110 ? Running Windows Xp?

i have had this computer for like 9 months and it is great but they same day i got it. it started to shock me right were the Ethernet and VGA output are located (wile charging only) and i really didn’t think too much of it so i left it alone and after (about 5 months it started again but i was on vacation in mexico so i couldn’t call HP and then it had stopped again then one day it just went off and i couldn’t turn it back on so then i charged it and left it there for like 7 hours and still nothing so i just put it back in my suitcase and like 3 months later i turned it one and it worked (still in mexico)but i noticed when i opened up Google chrome it just kept typing the letter “n” without me even touching the key board so i got pissed off and put it back and once i had got back to the u.s.a i called HP but when i was on the phone the lady just told me to power it up and see what happens and it powered up normally without any problems and its been this was for like a month and a half so should i call HP again and tell them to take a look at my computer because i am afraid it will happen again and my one year warranty is almost up and also can someone please explain what might
