What Will Make A 1986 Chevy S-10 Run Realy Rough, Like It Is Not Firing On All Cylinders?

My 1986 Chevy S-10 2.5L runs really rough. I have changed cap & rotor, wires, plugs, differant throttle body, o2 sencer, idle control valve and temp sending unit. It is also pumping a little black smoke now. This all started after the fuel pump went bad. I have changed pump and it checks good.
